Harvey Martin is a teacher and writer. His practice focuses on creating space for people to explore their own nature.

He began teaching at Minnesota State University in 2012, where he earned his master's degree. Since then, he's taught thousands of students both nationally and internationally.

Harvey has spent 14 years in professional sports — playing, coaching, player development, and consulting for organizations such as the Milwaukee Brewers, Carolina Hurricanes, Seattle Mariners, San Francisco Giants, and Miami Marlins.

He has coached USA Olympic sailing and triathlon teams, and worked with NFL groups including the Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers. He has individually coached Gold Medalists, MVPs, and All-Stars across every major sport — Olympic, Stanley Cup, Super Bowl, and World Series champions.

He has coached Grammy-winning bands and serves as Breathing Coach on the Upside Down Tour with Mike Seander ("Mike"). He's consulted with Fortune 500 companies and presented at major medical centers nationwide.

His work has been featured in The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, AP News, and The Athletic. He's hosted over 400 interviews with athletes, doctors, authors, and entrepreneurs, and published three books:
